Gabbi Bolt
Musical Comedian
Gabbi Bolt is a fast rising star in the comedy scene. After only a year, she has already earned her name on comedy bills next to Hamish Blake, Paul McDermott, Jordan Raskopoulos, Alice Fraser, Dan Ilic and Sami Shah.
Gabbi started her comedy career making short skits and songs on TikTok in 2020 at the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic. She quickly gained an audience of over 150,000 followers for her 1 minute Australian political musicals and media skits. She even sang a duet with former Australian PrimeMinister Kevin Rudd.
She then shot to worldwide fame for her songwriting involvement in the New York Times featured Broadway fundraiser "Ratatouille; the TikTok Musical", where her song "Trash is our Treasure" was performed by Whose Line is it Anyway star Wayne Brady.
Gabbi also has credits in other spaces of comedy, as a co-composer of satirical musical "Schapelle, Schapelle!" and regular collaborator with the A Rational Fear and Chaser Report podcasts.
Gabbi's debut solo comedy show, I Hope My Keyboard Doesn't Break has already received rave reviews, sold out Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney festival seasons, and recently won her the 2022 Sydney Comedy Festival Best Newcomer award
